Workshop restricted to EURCAW members and representatives of European and National competent authorities.
The objective of this workshop is to inform about the state of the art of the current advances and knlowlege gaps on European seabass welfare, particularly in stunning and slaughter methods.
These advances are based in the results of research projects (PerformFISH, MedAID, Cure4Aqua) as well from guidelines from institutional organisations (EFSA) and producer organisations and will be contextualised in the current legislational framework.
