Representatives of national competent authorities from EU Member States are invited to submit queries related to the welfare of aquatic animals through this portal. To track the status of your query, registration is required. Once submitted, your query will generate a ticket, which will be assigned to the appropriate team of experts for a response.
Steps to Follow:
- Create an Account: Fill out the registration form with your email and desired password. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
- Log In: Use your username and password to log into the system. Once logged in, you can access the management interface to create and track new tickets.
- Post your query: You will be asked to select the appropriate help topic and to provide some basic information. Once your ticket is successfully created you will receive a confirmation email.
