Scientific & Technical Studies
The EURCAW-Aqua will deliver studies after having checked that the respective areas of concern are not covered by EFSA Scientific Opinions, EUP AH&W, the published literature and have not been investigated at MS level. The 2024 Work Programme main tasks include:
- Regulatory framework review regarding live farmed aquatic animals transport and harvest
- Review of current available methods to detect loss of consciousness and/or sensibility of fish at slaughter
