EURCAW Aqua was represented at the European Aquaculture Society (EAS 2025) conference in Valencia by Dr. Francesc Padrós, Professor at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB).
Dr. Padrós highlighted the Centre’s work on aquatic animal welfare, sharing scientific insights and practical approaches to advance good welfare practices in aquaculture.
Participation in international conferences such as EAS provides EURCAW Aqua with valuable opportunities to connect with researchers, professionals, and stakeholders, ensuring that knowledge on aquatic animal welfare is disseminated and exchanged at European level.
