EURCAW Aqua operates on the basis of EU ethical principles and rules, including equality, diversity and inclusion. To support an environment that promotes respect, inclusivity and fairness, the Centre has adopted a Code of Conduct. This Code sets expectations for respectful and inclusive behaviour in meetings (physical and online) and on communication platforms, and applies to all participants. Furthermore, EURCAW Aqua, in collaboration with EURCAW Ruminants & Equines, EURCAW Pigs and EURCAW Poultry & Small Farmed Animals, has established a Conflict of Interest procedure. Members of the EURCAWs and external experts are required to complete and submit a Declaration of Interest form to the Secretariat on an annual basis.
